Cheese Grading Guide

There are several grading scales I use for my cheese attempts. This page lists those scales and their possible values.

Level of difficulty

image:Stars_one-three.jpg Easy. Good for beginners, simple techniques.
image:Stars_two-three.jpg Medium. Took some fine-tuned technique, but not too daunting.
image:Stars_three-three.jpg Hard. Be prepared to really focus on this one. Lots of work!

Overall satisfaction

image:Stars_one-five.jpg Boo, hiss! Terrible. Had to throw away.
image:Stars_two-five.jpg Edible, but not particularly enjoyable.
image:Stars_three-five.jpg Good. Solid. Worth eating, not worth sharing.
image:Stars_four-five.jpg Great. Love to share with others.
image:Stars_five-five.jpg Awesome! Perfect! So good I might eat it all myself.
