There are several grading scales I use for my cheese attempts. This page lists those scales and their possible values.

Level of difficulty
Easy. Good for beginners, simple techniques.
Medium. Took some fine-tuned technique, but not too daunting.
Hard. Be prepared to really focus on this one. Lots of work!

Overall satisfaction
Boo, hiss! Terrible. Had to throw away.
Edible, but not particularly enjoyable.
Good. Solid. Worth eating, not worth sharing.
Great. Love to share with others.
Awesome! Perfect! So good I might eat it all myself.
