Whey
From SackWiki
Whenever you make cheese, you end up with a ton of whey as a by-product. It is ridiculously good for you, with loads of proteins and minerals, and very low fat. Whey can be used in various ways, my attempts at which I will list below.

As a base for Ricotta
Leftover whey can be re-heated at a higher temperature to form more solids from the suspended proteins, resulting in ricotta cheese.
As a drink
Kids who grow up on dairy farms are probably no stranger to drinking a nice cold glass of whey. I tried it myself. It tastes kind of like watered-down yogurt, and is not something I could handle more than a sip of. Using a suggestion I read about, I tried adding Tang powdered drink mix to the whey, and that made it more appetizing. It tasted a lot like those orange/cream flavored Dreamsicle treats -- which is a good thing if you like those, but I do not, so it doesn't look like I'll be drinking any whey any time soon. Any adventurous Dreamsicle lovers who are reading this should let me know and I'll save you some whey next time.
As a fertilizer
(haven't tried this yet)
As a feed for livestock
(If I ever get some livestock, I'll let you know how that goes)
